Delete your Piye account

You can request deletion of your Piye app account and associated personal data without reinstalling the app.

Email us from your Piye sign-in email address. Ask to delete your Piye account and associated data. If you cannot access that mailbox, contact us so we can help verify your identity. Never send your password.

This is a request to our support team. Opening the email link does not submit it: send the message from your email app. We will verify the account, handle the request and confirm completion. Your Piye sign-in is shared between the website and Android app; please mention any upcoming journeys or other Piye services you use.

What the request covers

Your app account, saved profile, app-use summaries, notification subscriptions and associated personal data. Booking and payment records that must be retained under our privacy policy are handled separately; operational backups rotate over 30 daily and 12 monthly copies. We will explain any data we must retain.
